Objective: The aim of our study was to determine the effectiveness of purely endoscopic surgery for recurrent sinonasal inverted papilloma and evaluate the predictive value of focal hyperostosis for tumor origin.
Methods: A papilloma sinus nasale chart review of patients who underwent purely endoscopic surgical resection for recurrent inverted papilloma between January and November was carried out.

Data were collected about patient demographics, tumour attachment site, imaging, pathological findings, surgical approaches, follow-up, and recurrence. The preoperative sinus CT scans were reviewed by head and neck radiologist who was blinded to the intraoperative findings.
